PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

Three weeks of paid time off (PTO), which can be accrued and used as needed, providing greater flexibility for workers to take time off without sacrificing their income.

OVERTIME AFTER 8 HOURS

1.5x hourly rate after 8 hours and 2x hourly rate after 10 a crucial provision that ensures workers are fairly compensated for their time, with no loss of overtime pay even if a day is missed later.

RIF FOR UNACCEPTABLE TRANSFER

A revised RIF policy allowing workers to demand a RIF for major shift changes or transfers, preventing the bait a switch tactic used by certain contractors for years.
